Industry Accreditation

Last minute accreditation period for the 2017 Festival is now open.

Last Minute Accreditations

During the first three days of the festival we will enable the application process for Last Minute Accreditation. (March 29-30-31)

All applications will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the American Trade Hall - First Floor.

Badges for last minute applications will be delivered the day after the completion of the form. Registration will only be allowed in person, not online.


Those interested for industry accreditation should bring:

  • CV or filmography printed to be attached to the form

Steps to apply for industry and student accreditation:

  1. Submit required documentation
  2. Complete the form
  3. Make payment of the accreditation
  4. Badge photo shoot
  5. Next day: retrieve your badge


The benefits of industry accreditation include two daily admissions to public functions and access to all press conferences, industry functions, lectures, panels, and IFF Panama Happy Hours. You will also be invited to attend the Festival’s opening and closing red-carpet Gala parties.

The accreditation period is divided into three phases: Early, Regular, and Last Minute, available between the following dates at the listed cost.

To apply for Last Minute Industry accreditation you must meet the following requirements:

  • If you are a film-industry freelancer: please include your CV/resume, a list films you’ve worked on over the past two years, and a link to your reel or professional website.
  • If you represent a company: please include your company profile, a list of recent projects, your title/position, and a link to the company’s reel or website.


Legal notice

IFF Panama reserves the right to approve or deny the accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.

  • Should it become apparent that your listed company does not exist or you do not work in the film industry, IFF Panama will deny and/or cancel your industry accreditation application.
  • If the transaction receipt is not attached IFF Panama will be forced to cancel and/or deny the accreditation application.
  • You should provide the required documentation. If not, IFF Panama will cancel the accreditation application.
  • Accreditation fees are non-refundable.
