Student Acreditation

Last minute accreditation period for the 2017 Festival is now open.

Last Minute Accreditations

During the first three days of the festival we will enable the application process for Last Minute Accreditation. (March 29-30-31)

All applications will be received from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the American Trade Hall - First Floor.

Accreditation for last minute applications will be delivered the day after the completion of the form. Registration will only be allowed in person, not online.


Those interested for student accreditation must bring:

  • Copy of student card or copy of receipt of payment for student enrollment


Steps to apply for industry and student accreditation:

  1. Submit required documentation
  2. Complete the form
  3. Make payment of the accreditation
  4. Badge photo shoot
  5. Next day: retreive your badge



Student accreditation provides access to all press conferences, classes, and lectures; as well as free admission to all public functions, subject to availability (Rushline).

The accreditation period is divided into three phases: Early, Regular, and Last Minute, available between the following dates at the listed cost.

IFF Panama reserves the right to approve or deny the accreditation. The decision is final and cannot be appealed.

  • This offer is valid for students only: if a student card or tuition receipt is not valid or included, IFF Panama will be forced to cancel and/or deny the accreditation application.
  • If the transaction receipt is not attached IFF Panama will be forced to cancel and/or deny the accreditation application.
  • Provide the required documentantion. If not, IFF Panama will cancel the accreditation application.
  • Accreditation fees are non-refundable.
